Case Manager - benefits navigation (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Ridge Community Partners is a nonprofit in Reno supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Reno. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
