Case Manager - benefits navigation (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 543 people based in Reno. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
