Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vista Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
