Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Summit Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the New Orleans area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
