Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Loom Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
