Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Summit Learning Group Associates and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
