Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Redstone Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Buffalo, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
