Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bluepeak Basin Care Services provides in-home and community support in Knoxville. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
