Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bright Junction Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
