Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
