Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Redstone Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Dallas with clinics and support teams, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for patient scheduling. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
