Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Meadow Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
