Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Lumen Basin Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Tampa. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
