Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
