Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bluepeak Vista Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Memphis. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 898 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
