Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Property Management Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
