Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bluepeak Kestrel Community Partners is a nonprofit in Buffalo supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
