Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Amberfield Granite Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Wichita area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
