Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Health is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
