Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Lumen Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
