Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
