Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Lantern Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
