Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Cedar North Property Management Group is a Orlando property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
