Fernwood Amber Property Management Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
