Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Ironwood Harbor Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
