Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Greenridge Fern Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
