Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Foxglove Willow Community Partners runs community programmes across Detroit. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
