Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Property Management manages apartment communities around Pittsburgh, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
