Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Denver caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
