Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners Group is a Salt Lake City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
