Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Amberfield Timber Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
