Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Fernwood River Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
