Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Foxglove Willow Property Management looks after rental homes across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
