Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Community Partners Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 516 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with donor records.
