Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Northwind Cobalt Property Management Group is a Milwaukee property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 499 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
