Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Toledo supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
