Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Property Management Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
