Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sable Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 683 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
