Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Greenridge Corner Property Management Group is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
