Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Lumen Sable Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
