Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Greenridge Iron Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
