Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Silverline Vale Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
