Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bright Rook Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Portland, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
