Bright Clear Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
