Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wilder Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
