Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Amber Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
