Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Greenridge Wilder Property Management Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection.
