Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Silverline Vale Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
