Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Learning Group Associates operates schools and learning programmes around Raleigh. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
