Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Jackson with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
